BAP Acoustics has recently worked with Concord Pacific and IBI Group throughout the design and development of this luxury residential development in downtown Calgary.

Our main focus was the control of mechanical and electrical noise to ensure that the condominium occupants are subject to minimal levels of building services noise, and that the building envelope is designed to ensure that road traffic and other environmental noise is kept within the CMHC (Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation) criteria for internal noise environments.

We also ensured that the separating wall and floor assemblies are compliant with the City of Calgary Building Code.
